The Central Government is in favor of forcibly retiring corrupt officials. On the same pattern in Uttar Pradesh, the administration has started the action on the deprived officers. In UP, the policemen have been forcibly retired.
The latest case is Gonda. Where 10 negative policemen have been forcibly retired. In the Goddess Mandal, Gonda, ten irreverent policemen of the age group of more than 50 years have been forcibly retired. According to the DIG, this action has been taken on 10 policemen, including inspector, SI, from Gonda Bahraich Balrampur and Shravasti districts of Devipatan Mandal.
These policemen are being given forced retirement due to delay in work, absence of reasons. The Deputy Inspector General of Police said that further screening of the officers who completed the age of 50 years will be screened and such nominal policemen will be forcibly retired.
According to Rakesh Singh, DIG of Goddess Gonda Gonda, '10 policemen have essentially been retired. It has retired a total of 10 including one inspector, three sub-inspector, head constable and constable. These policemen were found to be absent during the continuous work.
